Who are we?

Erin Mills Farmer’s Market was established as a Not-for-Profit organization in 2016. It started out as a project of The Daniels Corporation and Hoffmann Hayes from 2013-2016. The project has always had lots of involvement from community and we hope you'll join us. Together we are volunteers, community members, entrepreneurs, parents, kids, students, farmers and growers. We love helping people have access to healthy food!

Our Board of Directors is currently: Preeti Sangwan and Fatima Saya.

Our partners, collaborators and allies include:

Within the Canadian building industry, The Daniels Corporation is leading the urban food revolution through a number of trailblazing initiatives. Always thinking outside the box, Daniels actively incorporates urban agriculture opportunities such as container balcony gardening, community garden plots, greenhouses, food box pick up programs, edible landscaping and farmers’ markets into their new home communities wherever possible. At Daniels we believe urban agriculture is a natural offshoot of our motto “Love Where You Live.” It allows for opportunities in education, urban greening and, best of all, a platform for residents of all ages and background to come together and develop a deeper sense of community. With the Erin Mills Farmers Market, Daniels is proud to be working with Hoffmann Hayes and members of the community to bring this growing endeavor to life.
