We’re located on the southwest corner of Erin Mills Pkwy and Eglinton Ave. W. At the base of the Daniel’s Arc Building (it looks like a ship) on the east side.

LOCAL FARMERS

In an effort to attract more farmers and producers, the market operates on Thursdays as it’s is more manageable for them. We sincerely hope you’ll check us out and meet the community.

Happy Plant Farms

Vegetables | Weekly Vendor

Happy Plant was started in 2018 and is a not-for-profit organization based in Southern Ontario. The organization works with community gardens, farmers markets and associations to promote sustainable agriculture and ecological awareness. We are a group of farmers, environmentalists, volunteers and enthusiasts hoping to be friends to the environment while improving the agribusiness industry in Canada.

Reyes Farms

Reyes Farm continues to be family owned and operated by Ignacio Ruiz Reyes and Mimi Bizjak. In 2014 Ignacio and Mimi bought the original Bizjak Farm from her brother, who had been farming it since 2002. Louis and Maria Bizjak, who immigrated to Canada with their 6 children in 1976, originally established the farm. It has been in our family for over 40 years.

Shade of Miti

Vegetables | Weekly Vendor

Shade of Miti is a food justice and climate justice organization that envisions sustainable and just food systems in Mississauga that are not threatened by the climate crisis and social or economic justice issues. We work with youth, newcomers, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, Black, Indigenous and communities of colour on grassroots action to create system changes in the food and climate movements.

Steve's Bees

Honey | Weekly Vendor

Stephen Rice of Steve's Bees Apiaries has a number of bee yards in southern Ontario, some as near as the Caledon area, and some in Grey County near Owen Sound, which is where his farm is. Only organically operated farms are used as bee yards. There is a strict 'no anitbiotics’ practice, and the only methods used are those allowed in organic beekeeping.
